Craig Long, Founder & President

Craig Long is licensed to practice law in Georgia and Alabama, having been admitted to practice in Georgia in 2004 and Alabama in 2010. Mr. Long is the founder of Craig Long, LLC, having formed Craig Long, LLC in August, 2004. Mr. Long has represented clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions ranging in size from $10,000.00 to $25,000,000.00. Mr. Long graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Government and Economics from Liberty University. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from The Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University, completing the specialty track in Corporate and Securities Law. He wrote a thesis for the specialty track entitled: The Implications of the Efficient Capital Markets Hypothesis on Capital Markets and Capital Market Regulation. Additionally, Mr. Long runs a real estate school he co-founded with Haven Real Estate Brokers called Go Pro Real Estate Academy.


Amy Gaffney, Vice President

Amy Gaffney was named Tytan Title’s Vice President in June 2021. In this role, Amy leads Tytan Title’s closing and title operational units, with a unique approach to customer satisfaction and an enhanced closing experience. Her experience and leadership have been focused on delivering efficient operations, providing outstanding customer and client experiences, and driving growth.Prior to joining Tytan Title, Amy held leadership roles within the mortgage servicing industry and at national title and closing organizations. She led REO Title and Closing, strategic implementation, program management, and client relations. Amy diligently works to streamline processes that maximize operational efficiencies and mitigate risk, all with the best customer experience in mind. She consistently develops innovative solutions to manage today’s complex industry issues and delivers results for all customers and clients. Amy started her career as a data entry clerk and customer service representative with a nation-wide mortgage document preparation company while in high school.Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from University of Houston – Clear Lake, is a FL notary public, and has served on real estate industry panels.  She currently resides in St. Johns County, FL with her husband and four children.
